Regulus

The Regulus is a 1,707-square-foot double-wide home in Cavco's Astro Creations series. Its 28'-9" × 64' layout features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated home office near the entry, a covered porch off the dining area, and an open kitchen with butler pantry, 42" overhead cabinets, and stainless sink. The master suite is privately set at one end of the home; bedrooms two and three share the opposite wing.

Build it as a manufactured home or step up to the modular configuration for finished drywall throughout, R-31 ceiling insulation, a 200-amp panel, and a 90 MPH wind rating. Optional layout changes include a 4'×6' walk-in tile shower in the master bath and an alternate Bedroom 2 layout with an interior stairwell. The Premier and Premier Plus Home Enhancement Packs add hardwood cabinetry, deluxe drapes, soft-close hinged doors, a 40-gallon water heater, and a 10-year warranty.
