Mimas

The Mimas is a 1,013-square-foot single-wide home from Cavco's Astro Creations series. Its 13'-4" × 76' layout efficiently packs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen with breakfast nook and 42" overhead cabinets, and a living room with flat ceiling throughout. The master suite sits at one end with a private bath; the secondary bedrooms share a hall bath at the opposite end.

Build it as a manufactured home or upgrade to the modular configuration for finished drywall throughout, R-31 ceiling insulation, a 200-amp panel, and a 90 MPH wind rating. Optional add-ons include transom windows above the master bedroom and a covered porch with eyebrow eave for added curb appeal.
